Prediction of technological quality of flour from wheat crop 1999 [Yugoslavia]

In this paper prediction of technological quality of flour from wheat crop 1999 is presented and compared with quality of flour from wheat of previous crops. Some of the possible corrections in bread production aimed to increase of products quality are also presented.
