Process and quality of expeller oil obtained from pumpkin seed

Pumpkin seed oil is one the most quality and stable edible oils obtained only by pressing. This paper points to a number of important factors connected with pumpkin seed pressing on screw presses. The obtained oil was analysed and the utilization possibility of press-residue is given.
