Dynamics of amino acid content in dietetic cans of Trachurus and Merluccius hubbsi at storage

The amino acid content is determined of two dietetic cans of Trachurus and Merluccius hubbsi stored during 18 months. The changes in amino acids content have been registered after 6, 12 and 18 months. The two kinds of fish cans preserve high biological value of their protein component when stored for 12 months.
