Fatty acids of edible vegetable oils in Latvian market

The conclusions about the dietary properties of vegetable oils are as follows: the dietary vegetable oils required and offered in the Latvia market are of a good quality. Most of them are sunflower or rape oils. Rape oils have a low content of sugar acids and thus are not harmful to human health.
