Chemical composition of vegetables and fruits. C vitamin

In the first step of this work the dry matter content has been estimated in several vegetables barries and apples. The result of our study refers to the very dry harvesting period. Influence of different storage conditions (+4 deg C and -24 deg C) on cabbage C-vitamin content were studied. The equations about the C vitamin loss dependence on time are diven for different storage conditions
