Mathematical-statistical interpretation for acidity changes of fermented goat milk products

A computer model and a mathematical-statistical interpretation of results of fermented goat milk products during production has been given. The suggested mathematical model is based on two exponential functions. The accuracy of the model and its significance have been confirmed.
