German. Verwendet wurden monatlich gesammelte Milchproben (1.-8. Laktationsmonat) von 37 Kuehen, die hinsichtlich ihres kappa-Kasein Genotypes in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt wurden. Die B-Variante des kappa-Kaseins zeigte bessere Gerinnungseigenschaften (Gerinnungszeit, Gerinnungsbildung, Gallertverfestigung) als die A-Variante.
