Listeria monocytogenes in milk and milk products on the Sarajevan market

Samples of milk and milk products for the tests were taken from the Sarajevan market in the post-war period. A total of 580 samples were tested. The Lovett method was used to isolate Listeria spp. From the total number of Listeria spp., Listeria monocytogenes was present in 1.5 / of sour cream samples, 12.0 / of raw milk samples, and 14.5 / of cheese samples.
