[Natural fruit losses during cooling]

The influence of cooling rate on fruit losses during storage has been investigated. The systems of cooling and the distribution of air in stationary storages as well as the disposition of products and the air parameters have been analysed. It has been stated that increasing the cooling time the losses of the mass increase.
