Hygiene control in production premises and removing of critical points is one of the ways of getting quality product and time consuming. In this paper, results of sample testing from production premises (n-46) are given. Rinsed parts are analysed on premises with UNI Lite XCEI (RLU) instrument and in laboratory with classical method for establishing total count of microorganisms (CFU).
