DEUTSCH: Im Rahmen einer Dissertation wurden als musterbildende Inhaltsstoffe Proteine und Enzyme auf ihre Eignung als Unterschiedsmerkmal untersucht. Bezueglich der Esterasemuster von Weizen aus oekologischem und konventionellem Anbau ergaben sich signifikante Unterschiede.
