Natural losses in fruit during cooling

The aim of the given study is to reduce natural fruit losses during cooling. Natural losses in fruit may serve as the main indices in comparing different storage methods and cooling systems of storage houses. Factors influencing the losses during cooling are analysed. Three different cooling methods are described. The calculation methods of natural losses are discussed.
