In this study, oxidative stabilies of corn and soybean oils collected from market randomly, were studied by using a well-known Accelerated Shelf-Life Test method (ASLT) called Modified Active Oxygen Method (AOM). Also, the conventional conductometer used in the Modified AOM, was replaced with a pH-meter which was easier to use
