[Assessment methods of the sanitary conditions in low capacity slaughterhouses]

Animal slaughtering regulations concerning the slaughtering process and the veterinary sanitary conditions were approved by the Government on March 27, 1997. At present intensive inspection is performed to control if the regulations are observed in the regional slaughtering houses. Methods of veterinary sanitary inspection and assessment of sanitary conditions in low capacity slaughtering houses have been developed.
