The suitability of fruit of two cultivars - Bialorusskaya Slodkaya and Derlay and of two crosses bred in Poland (No 92/69 and 76/69) was investigated. The best frozen fruit was obtained from fruit of Derlay cultivar and the worst one of Bialorusskaya Slodkaya cv.
