In the purpose of this research was the evaluation of the fruitbody quality of shiitake variety Polmycel 2017 mushrooms. It is a variety of short fructification time. The research showed that the cultivation of shiitake variety Polmycel 2017 mushrooms provided good consumption raw material. The mushrooms of this variety shoved high contents of dry matter, significant quantity of soluble protein compounds and high activity of oxide-reduce enzyme
