[The using of rocksalt in production of the vegetables preserves]

The author describes questions on quality of rocksalt using in vegetable processing and observing of sanitation norm during transportation. Chemical composition and heavy metal content of rocksalt were determined. Obtained results were compared with requirements of Codex alimentarius.
